用料:6個無花果,開半
3 茶匙黃砂糖
320ml marsala酒 (或任何餐後甜酒)
少許肉桂粉
方法:將黃砂糖,marsala及肉桂粉倒入平底鍋中,小火加熱。待糖溶化後便澆在無花果上,靜置兩小時即成。

not exactly fresh fig... but i have bought like 2 AUD worth of dried fig about a month ago... (they are way chunkier than those you find in hong kong) and i still haven't finished them... i guess i got sick of them
