空閒‧空間

最近沒有死線要趕，感覺上(不是實際上啊)好像空閒了點。但今天晚上還是工作至接近8時才離開辦公室。不緊，因為我獲得KO工作而來的滿足感。

發覺自己最近常常傻兮兮，那個愛玩的我回來了。即使在辦公室，有時都不很正經。其實這樣不好，因為會給別人壞印象，以為我做事不認真，為人又不夠穩重，說服力都會變得薄弱。但其實那又怎樣，反正這個就是自己，凡事都放「輕」一點，放「鬆」一點，不就更舒服。

不要勉強自己做不想做的事，見不想見的人，是我最近最大的啟發。既然已經是平衡線，就永永遠遠安守做平衡線的本份。思考過一輪，沒有丁點的不安和不快，反而自在了不少。See you later可以省下，感覺竟然良好。

今天晚上我也很空閒。Extra的。本來要和一眾同事來個Night Walkathon的pre-walk，天雨關係取消了。加上V先生正在加班，想在線上多待一會(雖然不會chat, 免他分心)，就來到blog這裡打發時間了。曾幾何時我天天都寫，我敢說大部分都是言之有物，絕非胡扯。變成上班族以後，空閒時間少了，心思也少了。即使工作經驗日增，心靈卻越見乾涸，文字變得空洞，情況讓我感到有點可怕。

還是多看些書，多留點空間給自己，面得自己的思想發毛。不是光說的，我開了The Mcdonaldization of Society呀! 最屁自己的是，當我還在唸大學時不看，現在才去認真看, 遲了十萬年啦...

逆光飄移

4月迅速地飄移了，這裡給無情地荒廢個多月了。

不是沒有不值得寫的東西；好幾次我都靈感暴發，就是來到電腦面前便便秘。

電腦正在重覆地播放著孫燕姿的《逆光》。說實在旋律很普通，跟容祖兒的K歌沒o舍差別。特別的是孫燕姿。

曾經我挺迷她的歌聲，天天都在宿舍房間播，5次歌唱比賽中，3次選了她的歌，又「幸福」又「難過」的，唱到滑溜了為止。我不明白為甚麼我會如此鐘情她的歌和 歌聲。很多人喜歡上一個歌手，大抵是因為他/她的情歌等於自己的情詩/情史，又或者等同自己的愛情觀。孫燕姿的歌其實跟我的感情生活扯不上很大很大的關係，不過，她的歌故事性很強，有時聽著聽著，就會把我扯到老遠的夢，喜的悲的，自我憐憫一番。又有時，她的歌說的是朋友的故事。還記得第一次聽《害怕》是由友人A演繹，後來友人A遇到情變，當時事態很嚴重，我們都很擔心。事過境遷，再聽《害怕》，活脫脫是她的心聲。今天，《害怕》依然是我的all-time favourite，旋律較《逆光》優美多了。

我好像把燕姿這首點題新作說得很爛。不然啊!我就是想說，這麼順耳的"K"作，因為燕姿那很薄卻又很倔強、很有力量的歌聲，在我還未弄清楚歌詞之前，竟然都聽得我的心微微悸動。這種被打動的感覺，實在是久違了。當然，感覺被喚醒，或多或少基於個人情感記憶，就好像讓我想起了，曾經有一天，在房間「煲」她的《the moments》新曲+精選…

很少流行曲我會冠以「動聽」來形容，孫燕姿的是個例外。澄清我不是她的迷。假若有一天她水準滑下，我會坦白的。

關於我和《the moments》的二三事

「燕姿的歌聲讓我的心得到片刻寧靜，在黑壓壓的，趕死命的，full of uncertainties的生活當中，"撓"我上岸邊抖抖氣。」3年前聽《the moments》有感。

很驚訝3年的速度是過得如斯飛快。如果當年埋下的是一顆顆種子，經過3年的悉心灌溉，怕今天都略見成長吧。感謝我的逆光，與我這個無知的小巴巴一起印證。

24小時?多D得唔得?

這陣子朝九晚六，努力工作；放工七至十一，努力排戲。

只係, 呢兩件事(做野同做戲)都唔可以一味得個做字，而係要時間去思考同摸索。偏偏六勞碌完一day，經已疲累非常。回到家，就想睡...連同V先生傾計既時間都無...幸而尚可偷得浮生，兩支公走去聽concert :) 話時話，o係呢段咁死忙既日子，竟然仲有時間睇左7場show!!!等我佩服下自己先!!!

今個星期尾就on show了，無乜好大期望，不過都有唔少第一次。發夢都無諗過做編劇，竟然寫o左個劇本，仲比呀導演大哥問我有無興趣之後幫佢地套劇將o的idea寫成劇本(咁當然只係幫佢地將d野寫成script，對白呀場面調導呀當然係subject to change)...

仲有，我個造型都幾"cute"架..........

仲有係，我同brenda識jor咁多年，終於有機會同台演戲! (kakakaka)

唉。好累了。番房hup一hup，等V先生打黎叫醒我先~

Roller-Coaster

Yes I'm missing from here for quite some time. I lost myself in a sea of confusion and problem, personal and from work. Yes, those things a new "student" of the university of society must get through. You find the principles you are told to stand for hardly fit for where you are situated. Especially when you are in some occupation that you are supposed to hold some stance, you'll be doubly confused. You begin to question why what you do is that sacred as they say.
Procrastination finally results in disaster. Questions to my ability, finally. Quite lost that you can't do what you do everyday, in my case to concentrate reading or making my coffee. And, the more you can't concentrate, the more you feel confused, and it goes on ad infinitum. And you get sick, real sick, almost like self defense, so that time freezes to give yourself a break from all these.
And if you are lucky you got something/somebody to take you away in some critical moment. And I have My Ms Bei. Once you get to this, you get back your faith and things will start to turn around. And I think I'm there, I'll be coming back. Soon. Thank You.

Take a break

I have been feeling tired physically and mentally in the past week. Today I finally collapsed that I desperately needed a break. This would be good because I could feel myself being re-energized and refreshed - having a sneezing nose for weeks, today I made the least sneezes with just less than ten up till now. It's a record. It's a good sign! Bless me!

I used to think a lot. I thought of human relationships. I thought of what I really looked for in my life. I thought of how mean the rules of earning a living was in this capitalistic, utilitarian and hierarchical society, and how helpless I was that I could only learn the rules and follow them in order not to be kicked out and survive. Two years passed after the graduation, I began to learn to be a "qualified" player under the merely changeable institution. I began to appreciate the "art" of networking. I began to work very hard to fulfill the day-to-day operation requirement. I began to prefer compromise to firming my stand point. Now I am fear of ruining a relationship. I am fear of not performing best suitably for anyone, anything. I am now trying to cope with the game rules that I used to challenge and suspect. More, I somehow starts to agree with it.

I become less critical and, gradually, I find myself think less. Sometimes I'm even not able to think. It malfunctions!

A time of silence thus becomes very, very crucial. It is a moment which I can clean up and restate my mind. I find myself back by a getaway. Even a one-day break helps me to relieve from the non-stoppable and busy life. Some people like to be drawn in such kind of life style, but I just can't stand with it if I don't even have a few minutes to re-think why I need to bear all of these.

Well, I'm okay. I love my job. I love my family. I love my boyfriend and I love to be embraced by my all-time lovable buddies. It's just a matter that I need a couple of silence or idle time. Being idled is no evil! And I'm pretty sure that I will be in a good shape and work more efficiently after the recharge!

By the way, I really miss my buddies. I can't wait to see you again. Yes, you you you.

朱古力萬歲!

Some insights...

再疲倦都要寫兩句。

之前都稍稍感到自己變得比較輕挑貪玩，如今應該要認真地收斂一下。

因為我強烈感到長此下去將會非常不妥。

我已經係"細路女"、"小妹妹"，同埋"好鐘意笑"。Now I simply realize that it's okay when you are in a social group, but NOT a working group (Though that's the real me).

Well, 我都依然係咁既年紀、咁既性格，不過我諗從而家開始應該要好認真地建立自己的credibility, 就算他日人地唔buy in，都係因為我有既料唔夠evident, 或者人地有更加好既point, 唔係因為我年比較紀細，同埋鐘意hehehaha。

仲有，唔好因為自己junior過其他人就唔出聲，唔好因為驚比人話自己simple and too naive而放棄一個可以contribute的機會。妥協都要係因為人地既reasons convince到自己，唔係為左妥協而妥協。

其實無人咁樣話對待過我，亦都無人唔尊重過自己，只係聽左一日course,有D insight咁解jeh :)

我當上一天記者

那是驚心動魄的40小時。

周五凌晨零時，記者同事+師兄聰哥捉了我呻工作多，順口問我一句可否幫他一把。不加想索的一句「好啊！」，幾乎是freudian slip。

問准我老細後，零時三十五分衝出去採訪，真是一分鐘也不浪費。

人生第一個訪問活動就在凌晨一時至三時半進行，真正的記者們或許都無此福份。

提提你，我只有25分鐘準備。幸而聰哥後來過來看我。

中午醒來便回來，寫稿，再來一個電話訪問，再寫稿，盛惠2500字。周六再影一張沒選用的相。

在此要多謝interviewee的時間，我老細免除我半天的工作，最後當然是聰哥給我玩的機會。

哈，我好像拿了什麼獎似的。剎那間我覺得自己世上最勁的人，全世界都要注意我，冷靜下來再想，who the hell cares? 不過可以肯定的是，這工作實在令我佷興奮。

朱古力

嚴寒晚上，來一杯熱騰騰的朱古力，的確是人生一大樂事。記得某年隆冬二月，到布拉格旅遊，入夜走在Wenceslas Square，冷得失去感覺的時候，忽然遇到一個賣熱朱古力的街邊檔，便毫不客氣地要了一杯。其實那只是吉百利加熱水的貨式，沒甚了了，但玄妙之處在於加上一shot土炮rum酒，身體立即回暖，支持我逆北風走回酒店的路。為對那杯飲品感恩圖報，改天我特意「貢」了去超級市場，買了那一支rum回香港（它名叫Bozkov，酒樽我好像還留着呢！）

當然，我並不反對人家 (eg. 友人c) 喝吉百利，更是絕對專重喜歡它的權利，不過當我在巴黎一間餐廳喝過一杯完美的朱古力以後，只能說，我不能回頭了。況且這篇entry的label是"gastronomy"，自然我要講講較為high-end的東西罷了。

我們見慣的朱古力名牌，例如godiva和cova (對不起，lindt不入流)，當然有推出飲用朱古力粉，但請看看價錢：cova一罐粉沖10杯，賣$125；godiva一罐沖14杯，更超過$200。其實貴不是問題，更貴的，例如美國牌子Vosges和巴黎的Angelina's更是outragous，問題是要貴得值得：看看它們的成份，emulsifiers，flavourings，stabilisers，一大堆人工物料，加糖更是加到離晒譜，要朱古力味濃一點，便甜得令喉嚨受罪。

我要推介的，是近來在港積極開拓市場的Valrhona。 這是大家在市面 上買到最好的飲用朱古力。Valrhona在老家法國當然甚有名氣，而現在我們可以在cotysuper和uny找到它的蹤影。一盒沖約10杯，都只是 $60，但論朱古力的濃郁，絕對在cova和godiva之上。因為它基本上是純朱古力粉，所以飲用時要自行加糖調味 (which is good).

還要講講我如何沖一杯朱古力。大家知道要用牛奶把朱古力粉「溶」了，但切記切記不要把牛奶煮沸！煮過了70度的奶會失去乳糖的甜味，更失去那厚重的質感， 簡單而言就是浪費。牛奶最好用全脂的（哎呀，追求完美，讓我們不顧一切吧！），可以試一下北海道3.6％乳脂的奶。挺香的。

個人最喜歡用蒸氣把奶打熱，輕輕打出一層幼滑奶泡，令口感更添豐腴，但若缺乏器材，也可以用明火煮：將朱古力粉和冷奶放進小平底鍋，一面用小火加熱，一面用匙輕拌（注意不要拌出氣泡）。你可以用煮 食用温度計，控制奶在70度以下，我就會用另一隻手貼在鍋邊，加熱至barely torlerable為止，拌至看不見「一舊舊」朱古力浮在奶上為ok。然後加點白蘭地（也可用red rum或marsala，想要橙味可加grand marnier），加一小撮丁香粉、一小撮肉桂粉，便可倒在杯裏serve了！
